Event Details
Welcome to the Girls Lacrosse World Series Championship! The top teams across the country have punched their tickets at their respective qualifiers and now will battle on the lacrosse fields to determine the top 13u team in the World. Teams will compete over two days of lacrosse to determine who brings home the hardware and can call themselves the best in the world.

Welcome to the Lacrosse World Series Championship! This is a stay to play event. Teams in a 60-mile radius of the event may commute. Please see the Championship Event Hotels link below for all hotel information!

Schedule
Team Check-in and Team Photo
Event Center at Valley Forge Casino Resort 4:00PM-5:45PM
- Address: 1160 1st Ave, King of Prussia, PA 19406
- Teams will be assigned a check-in and team photo time between 4:30-6:15 PM. Rosters will be checked at this time and all players must check-in with their team (parents/coaches may not sign in for a player)
- For the team photos we recommend team managers to coordinate team dress attire for the photo. Examples of this attire can be dressing up, team shirts, etc.
- Players and coaches will receive GLWSC apparel at this time and get their team photo taken available for purchase.
- Check-in process will take between 15-20 minutes per team. After check-in, all players and parents can enjoy the GLWSC festivities with vendors, social media opportunities, food, and cash bar.
- Filming and interviews by U.S. Club Lacrosse will take place on check-in day and throughout the event. Parents are encouraged to enjoy their time in the events center area and interact with the other attending teams
- Families are encouraged to arrive in Philadelphia area the previous evening or early afternoon to make the check-in times.
Welcome Ceremony – Event Center at Valley Forge Casino 6:30PM – 7:00PM
- Welcome Ceremony – Following the team check-in and photos, players, parents and coaches are invited to attend the Welcome Ceremony which will conclude by 7:00PM. Teams will have assigned seating.
- ·The welcome ceremony will include highlight videos, overview of the event, and guest speakers.
- Team Dress Code: Teams are encouraged to coordinate apparel for team photos.
- Spectator Dress code: Casual
Pool Play Games: 9:00AM-5:00PM
- Games played at Proving Grounds against the top 13U teams from around the world.
- Each team will play three pool play games.
- All games will be recorded via Next Level Video and will be available for purchase.
Bracket Play and Consolation Games – 8:00AM-12:30PM
- Games played at Proving Grounds
- All teams will have 2 scheduled games Friday morning prior to the Championship Game. The semifinal games will finish by 11:30AM. All other games will end by 12:30.
- All teams will be ranked 1-12 with the top teams in each pool will advance to the eight team playoff bracket. All remaining teams will play in the consolation bracket.
- All Games will be recorded via Next Level Video and will be available for purchase
Flag Procession, Awards, and Championship Game – 1:00PM-3:00PM
- After teams’ final games, teams will have a break before the Championship Game begins.
- Prior to the Championship Game, all teams will participate in a Flag Procession onto the Championship Field. Each team will be required to have a team flag for the procession. Please arrive by 1:00 PM.
- The Championship game will begin at 2PM.
- An awards presentation for the All-Tournament Team will take place during half-time of the Championship Game. The All-Tournament Team will be announced by 11AM on Friday so players know they have made the team.
- The Championship game will be Livestreamed by US Club Lax so that your family members can view from home. A Livestream link will be available on the website and sent to all families a week prior to the event.
