Building Blocks Lacrosse (BBL) was founded in 2007 by Andrew Hubschmann with a mission to elevate the level of lacrosse across New Jersey. Today, BBL fields over 55 elite-level travel teams for boys and girls, along with 15 boys box lacrosse teams. Our year-round BBL Training Academy develops players of all ages and skill levels—from beginners to advanced competitors—through a structured, progressive approach.
BBL has a strong track record at the World Series of Youth Lacrosse (WSYL), with our 2025 and 2027 teams reaching the Championship Finals. In 2023, our 2028 team went undefeated in the East Qualifiers and proudly represented New Jersey on the national stage. The 2029 team continued that momentum last year, advancing to the semifinals of the WSYL Championship and further solidifying BBL’s place among the nation’s elite.
Now, with two teams back in the WSYL Championship, we are extremely proud of both groups. Each roster is built around the core of two nationally ranked top-15 programs, now united with the strongest players across the BBL family. Together, they are poised to make a serious run at the title.

Beast Lacrosse is composed of athletes from the greater toronto area in Ontario, Canada. Most of our kids play multiple sports and also box lacrosse in the summer. This will be our 5th year as a program at the event and we hope to continue to grow and improve each year. We love coming back as we believe it is the best event in all of youth lacrosse as the kids get a taste of being treated like a professional lacrosse player for the week. Can’t wait for another great week at the World Series.

We are a hard nosed, hard working lacrosse club looking to make some noise on the biggest stage possible. After a really gritty qualifier performance, we are looking to maintain that momentum and hard working attitude that got us to where we are. We are full of great leaders from top to bottom, and have a group of boys who have no issues doing the dirty work. Both between the restraining lines and in settled O and D, our mission is always going to be to outwork the team we line up against. This group of boys has come together extremely well, and loves working with each other.

“It takes a team to build a player.” Since day one, Igloo Black Ice has been more than just a team—it’s been a family. Many of our players have been together since first grade, growing, training, and competing side by side. Over the years, we’ve forged deep connections that go beyond the field, learning what it truly means to trust and rely on one another.
Every early morning practice, every grueling workout, and every intense matchup has shaped us—not just as athletes, but as individuals. We’ve celebrated championship wins and rallied through tough losses, always coming back stronger, more united, and more determined. What sets Igloo Black Ice apart isn’t just our talent or our record—it’s our culture. A culture built on respect, hard work, accountability, and a relentless drive to improve.
As we set our sights on the Lacrosse World Series, we carry with us not only our sticks and gear but the spirit of every moment that brought us here. We play for each other, for the name on our jerseys, and for the love of the game. Each player brings something unique to the team, and together, we create something greater than the sum of our parts.
Our journey is far from over, but one thing is certain: we’ll face whatever comes next with the same heart, grit, and determination that have defined us from the beginning. Igloo isn’t just about lacrosse—it’s about leadership, loyalty, and the belief that with the right team beside you, anything is possible.
We are Igloo Black Ice. And we’re just getting started.

The 2030 Cyclones have tried to live up to the lofty legacies of the 91 teams that came before them. We have worked diligently all fall, winter and spring, with our sights set on taking home the World Series title. We strive to be the best version of ourselves and of our team every time that we step on the field. The Cyclones are excited for the opportunity to compete in the World Series and we welcome the challenge of competing against the best teams in the world. The team is focused on one goal, and that’s continuing the Team 91 tradition of winning the World Series like the 2020 Crush, 2023 Bandits, 2024 Wolfpack, 2025 Shock and 2027 Machine did.

In 2017, Towermen Lacrosse Club was founded. It began with a small group of third graders seeking more competitive play. What started as a casual game with eight boys and two dads at a roller-skating rink has evolved into a nationally-ranked AA program, competing against the country’s top lacrosse clubs. The Club’s name, “Towermen,” honors Ridgewood, New Jersey’s early twentieth-century sports teams, inspired by a prominent village tower. Though rooted in Ridgewood, our players now hail from across the tri-state area. Our Club prides itself on a family atmosphere, a tradition since its inception. Towermen players embody humility, hard work, and dedication to the team and their teammates, creating a legacy of excellence both on and off the field. At Towermen, our mission is clear — to redefine the lacrosse experience. We provide unparalleled training, thrilling events, and diverse programs that cater to players at the AA level. Towermen Lacrosse operates on an invitation-only basis, ensuring excellence in skill, dedication, and sportsmanship. Our commitment goes beyond the game; it’s about fostering a deep passion for lacrosse and creating opportunities for our players to succeed. We encourage our players to engage in various sports and recognize the benefits of cross-training. This approach not only enhances overall athleticism but also promotes a well-rounded development that can positively impact a player’s lacrosse performance. This Towermen World Series team is a very special group of players who have been with the program for years. A very young team, when considering the competition, the team’s drive and ability to take on challenges make this team excel. We are very proud of this team and how it has made its mark in the AA landscape. The World Series is a very exciting event and our team is very happy to be a part of the tradition.
