2Way Lacrosse was launched as an instructional camp company in 2012 out of the Westminster School
in Simsbury, CT. Founder, David Earl, had just graduated from Notre Dame and his do-it-all, old-school style of play helped key an Irish run to the National Championship game in 2010, a run which saw Earl dubbed as the top “2Way” midfielder in college lacrosse that season.
2Way sums up their culture in four words; Work hard. Stay Humble. Rooted in lessons learned playing for Kevin Corrigan at Notre Dame, 2W WSYL Coaches David Earl and Kevin Dugan want their players to focus on a commitment to relentless effort, selfless teamwork and humble excellence.
From the modest beginnings of a local day camp, to the World Series of Youth Lacrosse, 2Way has emerged as one of the top clubs in the country with programs based out of the Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT), led by David Bruce (Virginia ‘99) and Westminster School (Simsbury, CT) led by Ryan Curtis (Virginia ‘00). This LWSC team features talent from both regions of the state.
