Event Information:
Welcome to the Lacrosse World Series Championship! The top teams across the country have punched their tickets at their respective qualifiers and now will battle on the lacrosse fields to determine the top 13u team in the World. Teams will compete over three days of lacrosse to determine who brings home the hardware and can call themselves the best in the world.

- A minimum of 5 pool play games at Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews against the top 13U teams from around the world
- Apparel, prizes and sponsor giveaways for players and up to 4 coaches
- Welcome Ceremony on June 28th for players, coaches, and families following team check-in
- Tickets for the LWSC Banquet & Dinner held on June 29th for players and up to 4 coaches.
- Top 100 Skills Competition on June 29th-30th for all players,
- Admission to the LWSC Championship Game on July 1st for all attendees following the Flag Procession Ceremony

LWSC Championship Games – Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews: 2425 Sports Pkwy, Matthews, NC 28105
- All pool play and playoff games will be played at Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews
- Welcome Ceremony and Banquet will be at the Charlotte Convention Center: 501 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202
Team Check-in – Charlotte Convention Center East Meeting Wing (221A/B) 4-5:30 PM
- Charlotte Convention Center Address: 501 S College St, Charlotte, NC 28202
- Teams will be assigned a check-in time between 4:00-5:30 PM. Rosters will be checked at this time and all players must check-in with their team (parents/coaches may not sign in for a player).
- Players and coaches will receive LWSC apparel at this time.
- Cash bars are available during this time and the LWSC Mall will be available for purchases during the Check-In and Welcome Ceremony times.
- Parents who purchased tickets to the Banquet dinner may also pick up their banquet wristbands (VIP Suite 101)
Welcome Ceremony – Charlotte Convention Center Crown Ballroom 6:00 – 7:00 PM
- Welcome Ceremony (Grand Ballroom) – Following the team check-in, players, parents and coaches are invited to attend the Welcome Ceremony which will conclude by 6:45PM. Doors to the ballroom will open at 5:15PM. Teams will have assigned seating.
- Filming and interviews by U.S. Club Lacrosse will take place on check-in day and throughout the event.
- Dress code: Casual. Teams are encouraged to wear team jerseys, team polos or other coordinated apparel.
Pool Play Games-8:00AM-2:00PM
- Games played at Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews against the top 13U teams from around the world
- Each team will play two games.
- Top 100 Sports Skills Competition: We are excited to partner with Top 100 Sports who will hold an exciting new competition in which all players can participate. It will feature the Fastest Shot and 40 yd Dash which will take place at the complex. Come find out if you have what it takes to get on the Top 100 Leaderboard!
Banquet & Dinner – Crown Ballroom, Charlotte Convention Center
Team Photos: 4:00 PM – 6:30PM
- Team pictures will be taken prior to and during the Banquet with assigned times from 4:00pm to 6:30pm in room E222.
Dress Code: Coat & tie preferred for players.
Banquet & Dinner – Grand Ballroom 5:00 – 8:00 PM
- The banquet dinner is included for each player and up to 4 coaches per team.
- The banquet will be buffet-style with reception style seating.
- Teams will have three assigned tables to accommodate players and coaches and there will be various seating options throughout the Ballroom.
- Tickets for parents must be purchased in advance on the LWSC Store and will be limited so we can better accommodate all guests.
- Music, photos, LWSC Mall, speakers, and awards will take place throughout the evening.
4:00-6:00 PM: LWSC Mall & Cocktails/Cash Bar
5:30-7:00 PM: Buffet Dinner – Doors open to ballroom. Buffets and cash bar available in Ballroom
7:00PM-7:30 PM: Captain Awards & Closing comments
Parents may pick up their purchased banquet ticket/wristband on Wednesday during check in or Thursday before the banquet. Pick up location VIP Suite 101.

8:00 AM – 3:00PM Mecklenburg County Sportsplex at Matthews
Final Games, Flag Procession, Awards, and Championship
- All teams will have a scheduled game Sunday morning prior to the Championship Game.
- Prior to the Championship Game, all teams will participate in a Flag Procession onto the Championship Field. Each team will be required to have a team flag for the procession.
- The flag should be 3’ x 5’ with the team logo displayed on both sides and the pole should be ~ 6’ long.
- An awards presentation for the All-Tournament Teams will take place during half-time of the Championship Game
8:00 AM – Quarterfinal games /Consolation Games
9:10 AM – Consolation games
10:20 AM – Semi-final /Consolation games
1:30 PM – Flag Procession (all teams participate)
1:50 PM – Championship Game
- The Championship game will be Livestreamed by US Club Lax so that your family members can view from home. A Livestream link will be available on the website and sent to all families a week prior to the event.
Halftime – All Tournament Team Awards
- During half time of the Championship Game, All Tournament Team Awards will be presented to the selected players.
